Mike and his staff at CARE Services Inc. had designed and installed our heat pump system for our new house below our budgeted price. We were able to upgrade to a higher efficiency heat pump then we first imagined. They handled everything right from the start to the finish without issues. After 3 years, our system performs fantastic and we continue to use CARE Services Inc. for our maintenance.

We called CARE Services on a Saturday afternoon during the summer of 2007. It was hot out and we just got home from vacation to find our house extremely hot. We were selling our house in Hagerstown MD. to build our house in North Carolina. Our realtor suggested we contact CARE Services about having our hvac system serviced. After talking to the service tech, he had suggested we talk to Mike Wathen about our new house plans. I called Mike to discuss ideas for our new house and how much it would cost me to go over our plans. After a brief conversation he said the charge was nothing. Figuring the motto "nothings free", I was reluctant to move further with the idea of having someone look at the plans that wouldn't be the installing contractor. I met with Mike and showed him our plans, after about an hour of his time. He had opened my mind to many different ideas and designs for the house. I took the designs to the general contractor that was building our house, is exact words were "See if CARE Services would come down to do the install". He had never had a hvac company design a system like what we had. Unfortunately I couldn't get Mike and his staff to come down, however he worked with me till the end. Our system works wonderful with his design and owe him much more then the dinner we had with him and his wife before we moved. Thanks again CARE!
